Senate Bill 4-D was signed into law by Governor DeSantis on May 26, 2022.  The law adds mandatory requirements for "Milestone Inspections" and "Structural Integrity Reserves" which must be added to the Association's budget.  This legislative change will raise monthly maintenance fees in 2023.
