Frequently Asked Questions

How much are monthly maintenance fees for my unit? When are they due? What city services are included?

  • $500/month for FY2022

  • Fees are due no later than the 15th of the month.

  • Water, Sewer, and Garbage

 

Can I rent the clubhouse? Are there any special requirements?

  • The clubhouse is a common property amenity.  You don't have to rent it, but you must reserve it in advance of use - first come, first served.

  • Go to the Clubhouse Reservations page to book your reservations.  Be sure to put your unit number after your name (i.e. John Jones B16).

 

I see there is a dock with empty slips. Can I dock my boat there? 

  • The Association has 20 permitted slips.  All slips are currently assigned and none are available.

  • If slips become available, the Dockmaster makes all slip assignments.

  • Arrangements must be made with the Dockmaster prior to docking.

What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on my right to use my unit and Association property?

  • Units and Association property can only be used for residential purposes. Pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium, there are also rules that restrict pets/animals, vehicles, and parking within the community. Please refer to the Association's Rules and Regulations on the Documents page. 

Can I invite guests over to use the Association's amenities?

  • Yes, however, guests must be accompanied by an owner unless they are registered on the website and staying here overnight. 

  • If you are planning a function with 8 or more guests, you must (as a courtesy) notify the Association's Secretary 48 hours in advance.

  • Guest parking is very limited.  See the Association's Rules and Regulations for specific information.
